30-Day Refund or Replacement
If you are not completely satisfied with any
of our products that you purchased, we will, at
your option, replace the item with an item of
equal value or refund your purchase price in
full (less shipping costs). The 30-Day Refund
Policy starts on the date that the item was
shipped to you.

You must contact TapestriesAndTrees.com
prior to returning an item
We will instruct you where to send the item
and give you an RAN # (Return Authorization
Number). No returns will be accepted without an
RAN number. The RAN number must be clearly
written or typed on the outside of the shipping
container next to the shipping label. Any
shipment returned to us without the RAN number
on the outside of the package beside the label
will be refused (Returned to the sender at their
expense, and thus delay any refund or credit to
the proper account).
The item(s) must be returned in good
condition. If any item is returned to us
damaged, or in an un-sellable condition, NO
REFUND will be given.
Shipping costs to return an item
is at your expense. You should
properly pack and ship in the same shipping
container that you recieved the item(s) in. All
returned merchandise must be shipped via UPS or
US Postal Service and Insured for Retail Value.
If your returned packaged is lost or damaged
during shipping, it is your responsibility to
file a claim with the shipping company you chose
to use. We are not liable.

Defective or Damaged Items
You must contact TapestriesAndTrees.com via
email within 5 days of recieving a damaged item.
We will give you an RAN number, and we will pay
for the return shipping. Defective items will be
replaced if returned within 14 days. Please
contact us within 5 days via email to report
defective items. If you do not contact us within
the 5 day period, TapestriesAndTrees will not be
held liable.
Shipping Damage: All packaging must be kept.
Email us for further instructions to correct
that situation.

quantity you wish to return. Also, briefly
explain why you would like to return the
merchandise.
We will issue you a return authorization
number and then evaluate the restocking charges.
Please mark the outside of your
packaging with your return authorization
number for immediate
processing.

All returns must be made
within 30 days of date of receipt of
shipment. A 25% restocking fee will
be assessed on all
returns.

identify all materials immediately upon receipt
of shipment. This is to ensure all items ordered
are present and intact.

Any product that has been
subject to misuse, improper
storage,
unauthorized modification,
unauthorized repair, neglect, alteration,
improper installation or other acts which are

including damage caused by shipping can not be
returned.

If the product you receive is
damaged, you MUST make note of damages on
the truck bill of lading or immediately notify
your UPS driver to mark any damages on their
shipping form. YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF ANY DAMAGES
BEFORE THE SHIPPING CLERK LEAVES YOUR

will be happy to assist you with filing a
shipping claim, however damage claims are your
responsibility!

Items not returned in their
original box or improper repackaging of items
will not be accepted by Sonshine Enterprises -

. If you are unable to use original box, please
notify us before you return the
item.

give you the correct shipping address to return
the merchandise. Please DO NOT return product to
us without receiving prior instructions or
return additional merchandise not previously
authorized.

not responsible for the freight charges of
returned goods directly resulting from customer
error. However, we will assist you in
choosing the most economical method to ship back
your return.

You will have 10 days from the
date you receive your return authorization
number to send returned items back to our
shipping facility. Authorized returns arriving

more than 30 days from the date of the return
authorization will be subject to additional
return fees.

After the product has been
returned and inspected by http://www.tapestriesandtrees.com/
shipping staff, we will issue a credit to either
your credit card or by check, depending on what
payment method was used at the time of
purchase.
